Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ValueCosta collects, uses and protects the personal data you share with us when you use our free property valuation tool.
1. Who is responsible for your data
ValueCosta is operated by Selavon Estates (Dutch Chamber of Commerce / KvK no. 72934077), registered at Ekkersrijt 1412, 5692 AK Son en Breugel, The Netherlands. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at novaleshumberto@gmail.com.
2. What personal data we collect
When you use the valuation wizard, we collect: your full name, WhatsApp phone number and email address; the property details you provide (location, property type, size, condition, features such as a pool or sea view); your selling timeline and relationship to the property; and technical information such as your browser language and the marketing source that brought you to our site (UTM parameters, referrer).
3. Why we process your data
We use this data to calculate an estimated market value for your property, to contact you about your valuation and a potential sale, and to understand which marketing channels are effective.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the valuation form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Basic technical and attribution data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how visitors reach our service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Who we share your data with
We share your data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf: Supabase Inc. (database hosting) and Make (automation platform that delivers your enquiry to us by email and Telegram). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. If we activate Meta advertising tracking on this site, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. may also receive limited technical data — see the Cookies section below.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up with you about your property, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.
9. Cookies and tracking
This site currently does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we activate Meta Pixel for advertising purposes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent via a cookie banner before any non-essential cookies are set.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections and access-restricted databases — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
12. Contact
